I really had a bad experience here. The place they were trying to rent me was filthy. I did not actually rent the property as within 1/2 hour of returning to the property I decided with all the dead fleas on the floor this property was not worth renting. I felt that I was indirectly discriminated against by the owner although she was kind enough to return most of money with some prodding and multiple e-mails after I signed the contract. This customer signed a one year rental agreement after visiting numerous properties. He chose this house from among approximately five we took him to. He signed a rental agreement, received the keys, and then returned, after visiting the post office to get his PO Box, and asked for five days to think about it. He contacted our business the next day (after trying to stop payment on a check he had written). This was the first he indicated he had decided not to rent (no mention of "fleas" or cleanliness).
