Delivery was punctual. Wheelchair worked great. It was a great experience friendly and helpful on the phone.
Our experience with Vacation Mobility was stellar. Online booking was fast and easy, delivery and pickup were on time and as described and pricing was reasonable. What really sets them apart is their communication and flexibility. They answer their phones or promptly return calls which is rare these days. Also I was unsure how long we would need the wheelchair and they made is super easy to extend the rental (more than once). Keep up the great work, highly recommend!
My favorite place is the beach and thanks to the great service by Vacation Mobility Solutions I was able to enjoy the beach even with a stress fracture. Delivery and pick up service was so convenient.
My daughter was able to experience the ocean for the first time because of vacation mobility solutions. The chair was comfortable for her and rolled smoothly over the sand. The delivery and pick up service was such a convenience. Thank you to Vacation Mobility Services for helping families overcome barriers to enjoy the beach!
