I am a wedding coordinator out of Erie, PA but was staying at Beach House HHI for a destination wedding. The day before the wedding, the family was looking for a wheelchair for Grandpa for the beach. The booking process was seamless and the wheelchair appeared at the front desk for the family to grab before the wedding. Then we easily returned it to the same place after the wedding for the company to pick up. SO convenient! Very happy!!!

Our experience with Vacation Mobility was stellar. Online booking was fast and easy, delivery and pickup were on time and as described and pricing was reasonable. What really sets them apart is their communication and flexibility. They answer their phones or promptly return calls which is rare these days. Also I was unsure how long we would need the wheelchair and they made is super easy to extend the rental (more than once). Keep up the great work, highly recommend!
