I was very impressed. The wheelchair was delivered and picked up as promised. It was spotless and in perfect condition. I was very nervous about it not working out for my 90 year old guest, and called the company several times with all sorts of silly questions They were unbelievably responsive and patient with me. I felt that the kindness they showed was sincere and that they really wanted his trip to the island to be spectacular. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them 100 percent.
It was great working with Vacation Mobility, they chairs we rented were there on time and where they said they would be. When we had trouble with Shipyard Security removing the beach one every night I worked with Amy tirelessly. She was great in working with us and with Security. I will continue to use them for the Mobility needs. Thanks Amy, for all you had to put in for or Vacation to not be impacted.
The chair worked perfectly and our vacation would have been much more difficult without it. It was delivered as expected and the customer service was great. Will definitely rent again next year.
So disappointed in the customer service from the owner. We have a granddaughter that is paralyzed from the waist down and needed a beach wheelchair for our family vacation. Beach wheelchair that was sent would not go through the gate access to the beach. We had no problem at our resort last year which was same resort different building. Called the owner promptly when they opened. She said it was our fault for not ordering the correct size. I recently rented a chair for my mother. It allowed us to spend all day on the beach for her 80th birthday. Such a great experience and service! They did everything they said they would! So refreshing!
