I have Randy manage our condo. So you know this isn’t a fake review it is Waterpointe 1 unit 902. We renovated the whole thing and took a lot of care to make sure it was beautiful. Randy and Debbie make sure everything stays top notch for vacationers. We had a brand new dishwasher break and Randy had it repaired in 4 hours. Randy is dedicated to making sure everything goes very smoothly. He is easy to work with. Anything I need he quickly takes care of. I rented a gorgeous little condo in nautical watch in North Myrtle Beach. It was exactly as described. In fact it was better. I had to call Randy late at night about a small concern I had and he took care of it immediately. A very wonderful professional company to work with.

We stayed at Crescent Shores S-106. It’s an end unit one level above sea level and close to the elevators, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Molly Darcy’s, an oceanfront Irish Pub, is next door and other restaurants are within walking distance. We will be back!

I have stayed at the penthouse in this wonderful location it's so convenient to everything besides the beach it's right there and of course barefoot landing is right around the corner just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy life
