We had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, so flavorful!
We recently vacationed in Kiawah with our family of eight and had the most delicious meal prepared for us by Chef Patrick. The meal was truly one of the best I ever had. We began with the fried green tomatoes and crab cakes as starters, surf and turf for main and the key lime pie for dessert. His lovely wife Susan accompanied him and assisted with serving allowing us to feel like we were dining out without leaving the comfort of the lovely home we rented. My family and I highly recommend Patrick, Susan and their company Vacation Chefs. While the food was outstanding, the service and comradery were the proverbial icing on the cake. We highly recommend them and will definitely be enjoying their hospitality again soon.
I know a lot of reviews start with “It was the best…” and too often, that’s just hyperbole for something that was merely good. This isn’t one of those reviews. From the very first bite, I knew this meal was something special. It’s not just that Chef Patrick approaches each dish with precision—he’s also incredibly accommodating. Our experience with Chef Patrick was excellent! He prepped, cooked, and served a 3 course meal for a group of us while on vacation in Kiawah and everything was delicious (and also cleaned up the kitchen, it was immaculate). My sister asked if he bottled and sold the Caesar salad dress :) With 5 kids, it was much easier, more enjoyable and tastier than dining at a restaurant.
