January 17, 2026……….I do not recommend renting from Vacation Central Florida LLC or their registered agent Daniel Robinson either directly or through rental booking sites. My husband and I cannot in good conscience recommend Vacation Central Florida. I guess you have to select a star to post so one star we selected means terrible. We booked a vacation rental at Spanish Main #63 in Cocoa Beach, FL through VRBO for December 23-30, 2025 based on the host's descriptions and pictures that are very misleading in regard to both the interior quality and furnishings of this unit. If i can give a zero I would. Booked a 2-bed apartment for 4th July Week 8 months in advance. Coming from Australia with family , get sent access code as board plane in Australia. Land in Florida to an email saying we have cancelled your accommodation will refund your money in 7 to 10 days. Tried calling and left numerous messages but they never returned call, they did respond via email saying cancellation was beyond their control (they screwed up and apparently it had been sold for a month, and they did not notify us - acco... read more
I wish I could leave a 0 star. Property address 213 Grant Ave Coco Beach, Florida. Date of rental Jan 10,2023. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud! These guys are crooks! They take pictures of this properties Spa and they when you check in they tell you that’s for the owners only! No where in the description does it say you can’t use the spa. They also wait until you check in to tell you the pool isn’t heated and it’s an additional $50 per day to heat it. I had to cancel my reservations to an accident that put me on medical leave. After speaking to Kara and not receiving my refund I called half a dozen times w/ out a return call. Never have I received a call back so don't trust the refund policy they sat they practice. Terrible customer service!
