For our annual girls trip we decided to rent the Blue Sky Beach cottage at 2515 35th St. Galveston Tx. This house because it seemed like the perfect place to spend the weekend on the beach. Check in was at 4pm so we spent the day eating and shopping so by the time we get to the house to check in we were ready to chill out for the evening. I attempted 4 times to open the door with the code Vacasa sent me. Each time I entered the security code a red light flashed. terrible company to do business with , had a medical emergency before our check in and company refused to refund or work with us under good faith with medical emergency that falls under the terms . Please do a favor to yourself and do not do business with them .
