We rented a Vacasa property through VRBO. We had a great experience. I see several reviews that mention difficulties getting problems resolved because of there being no local number. Perhaps we were just lucky, but we had absolutely no problems with our rental. All the check-in information was provided on time. The property was exactly as described, very clean, well-stocked with supplies, in good shape, and everything was in working order. We didn't need to contact anyone. Based on our experience, we give them 5 stars.

Absolutely would avoid renting from Vacasa. There is no number to get in touch with anyone local about problems with the house, check-in, etc. The corporate number and online help people can only give you copy and paste answers from the script they are given. Seriously the worst company we have ever rented from and we travel extensively and always rent a house.

We have been very happy with the service we received from this local team at Vacasa. We had an issue with our original rental property and they had us moved to a new property within a few hours. Thanks for the great service!

If you are interested in renting a property managed by Vacasa, look elsewhere. The support can literally ruin your vacation. Just lectured by local Vacasa that I shouldn’t listen to the Vacasa team members that are not local. “They’re not local, so they don’t know how we can get out to solve the problem.” I have one number to call, regardless of who answered, no resolution. No internet on a rainy day with conference calls scheduled. No urgency to help.
