Got to our destination in Cape Coral with four excited kids awaiting the pool. Was green and covered and algae. Reached out to customer support who seemed helpful at the time, stating they would get someone here tonight however time is undetermined. “Tonight” came and went. Received text at 11:30 pm telling me the pool gets serviced every Thursday morning Around noon the next day, a lady came and threw in some chemicals, was here about 5 minutes told my daughter she could swim tmrw. Recently rented through Vacasa, local team took three days to get back to us for whatever reason. We reported our A.C. kept popping the breaker, and turning off the air in half if the house in SOUTH FLORIDA... it remains to be seen if the owner of this property will compensate us for the loss of time, and usable rooms for the entirety of our stay. I wish I read more vacasa reviews before booking. At least they are rude over the phone, they just can do anything to actually help the situation.
The worst company to stay a "vacation rental"... stay away from them. Any hotel would be a lot better. They rented a house in Bonita Beach Florida last year and it had many problems including electric system failure. No A/C, no appliances. And we kept calling them for 3 days in a row and the always said they would send "help" which never showed up. We ended up leaving last day an stay at a local hotel. 😂 Jokers. Stay away from anything under The Vacasa name. Terrible at everything.
Hello I stayed with my family at a few of the vacations rentals. Our stays always been great. They are all very clean and smell great.
