We stayed at spring towers Myrtle Beach June 25th through July 2nd. We booked room 503 through Vacasa. Upon checking in we discovered our washer didn't work we immediately called them and let them know. We were told they repair man would be out that day. After smelling a foul stench we realized that there was a dirty diaper in the bathroom trash can amongst other garbage. Paid $429 for 2 nights just to have a dirty rental. The bathrooms were nasty one tub you can see was dark from Continuous use without cleaning. The curtains in both were stained with dirt comparable to a dog playing in mud and just shaking the dirt off. There were stains and chunks of dirt on the beds, hair left in the bathrooms, food from previous guests in the freezer, the utility closet was disgusting as it had an stained towel and excessive dust.
