Vacasa was completely unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. Overall, customer service is about actually listening to paying customers and trying to accommodate them so they can have an enjoyable time. You basically blew me off and put the responsibility on AirBnb when the responsibility was yours, and YOURS alone. My rental was in Rockport, MA and if it wasn't for the location of the property, this is a prime example of legit stealing someone's money and making them stay in an unsafe situation. relatives stayed there recently, run away from this shed... heat did not work, hot water heater is a fire hazard, never fixed the hot water. said they would refund, never did. better off in a tent than dealing with this company. they will go under soon based on all these crap reviews then maybe Davenport can buy them and treat their guests with respect..

See previous review - Vacasa answered and said the overflowing garbage was a problem with the city trash pickup - but in my review it states we called the waste company who said the bill was not paid. Vacasa doesn’t even know their property in Dennis has NO city pickup. It’s a private company or bring the trash to the dump. Vacasa Cape Cod is horrible to deal with.
