See previous review - Vacasa answered and said the overflowing garbage was a problem with the city trash pickup - but in my review it states we called the waste company who said the bill was not paid. Vacasa doesn’t even know their property in Dennis has NO city pickup. It’s a private company or bring the trash to the dump. Vacasa Cape Cod is horrible to deal with.

Worse rental agent ever. You get canned answers and absolutely no service. If I owned property, this is the last place I’d use. We don’t intend to go back to a rental we like because of them. Loss of $8500 to owner

We were staying at a Vacasa place in Provincetown. The description was just mentioning the positive aspects, but not the downsides. We were staying at a major intersection (very loud) as well as there was construction going on on the other side of the house. The outside of the premises was not cleaned, and the pictures were just showing, a room which was an order, but in reality was not. The customer service with Vacasa is horrible. Our first night in our Falmouth, MA rental I started messaging because there was a bee infestation in the basement. We found/killed over 10 bees the first night. Some were flying weird then dropping dead as if they were poisoned. We had to kill so many ourselves all weekend long!!! No one could use the downstairs which consisted of five beds & multiple couches. Everyone was sleeping on the floor upstairs. We live next door to a property managed by Vacasa in Dennis Massachusetts. The garbage has not been picked up in weeks and smells all the way across the yards. We called Vacasa who said they would take care of it. Two days later it still smells horrible and has not been emptied. We spoke to the waste pickup company who said the account is in collections. We will be contacting the Board of Health on Monday. With the recent major layoffs within Vacasa I would not use them for my vacation.
