I wish we had checked the hundreds of complaints about these guys before renting through them but we didn't so I'm posting hoping to save someone else our fate. The house we rented was so not as described on their website and was poorly maintained at that. We contacted Vacasa about the problem as soon as we arrived but were told they would take care of it but they never did.
