We unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Vacasa Park City over Thanksgiving weekend. We booked a location specifically for the view and that view from a private hot tub at the location. Upon checking in and my kids already in their swimsuits we opened the hot tub to find it drained. The local number for the Vacasa management team (posted in 3 places) had been disconnected! Terrible experience booking these guys through Airbnb paid $1,100 for our stay in Park City. Strictly asked for hot tub to be working our MAIN reason for booking our family trip. They confirmed it was good to go 3 times before our arrival. It was green and smelt terrible they needed to send someone out next day to clean and sanitize and drain it we lost the entire day and next day until 7pm to use it and they are refunding $100 .. terrible customer service.

Very poor customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. We had relatively minor and easily fixed problems, but they were incapable of even pretending to address our issues. We needed pillow cases, but they don’t seem to work on holidays or weekends despite being a vacation rental company. When they finally sent us some, they delivered them to the wrong condo, 3 days later.
