Horrible representation. I came to Charlie Grimes with an easy task of submitting a new financial plan that should have taken less than 2 weeks. After 7 months and over $6000 in support payments that should not have been made, he still never completed the job. My divorce was very amicable and my ex and I were on good terms. After securing representation by V/S to insure all was fair and correct in the paperwork, we are now at odds. Thanks for nothing!
I hired Kelly Shattuck to handle my divorce and I wanted permission to move out of Nebraska with my kids. I interviewed several attorneys before hiring Mr. Shattuck. I felt he really knew the law and described at the initial interview what needed to be done and what to expect. Kelly shattuck handled my divorce and did an amazing job. We were able to win custody and I was completely happy with our results. He was professional and attentive and I loved the staff. A very high recommendation for anyone going through a divorce or fighting a custody battle.
My son and I hired Kelly to help him regain custody of his kids. In over two years he has failed to ANYTHING to advance my son's case. Yesterday was the worst - my son and his wife spent months to create a forensic timeline, complete with supporting emails, texts, and audio files completely cross-referenced with notes, which Kelly did not reference a single time. Chris Vacanti is unethical. Poor work ethic and communication. Has his paralegal do work for him and charges his full rate. My case was worse for him being on it. DO NOT USE
This firm is nothing but a scam they tell u exactly what u want to hear to sign the contract then u don't see them again 6 months I was with them seen my lawyer twice he didn't even come to one of the hearings afterwards I fired them then they refused to give me my papers they are a ghetto joke
