Gary Vacanti goes out of his way to help. When I had a small but substantial issue just prior to shelter-at-home orders, he came out after-hours to help us get power and WiFi back so my daughters could do school. He fixed the issue quickly and didn’t even worry about the bill. He is reliable, courteous, excellent at what he does and humane.
Called this place for a month leaving messages to get an estimate for a line to be put in for my pool. Guy just now calls back and leaves a msg stating it would be wise for me to find sm1 else if i hv any questions to gv him a call. I call him back and my only question was that im not quite understanding why it would be wise for me to have sm1 else do it. He rudely says bcz he dsnt like doing swimming pools.
