I've been bringing my animals to Dr Jassar for 35 years. Today I took my 3 legged cat in because she seems to be in alot of pain. Biting her rear leg and tail. Sounds like she's in a cat fight. Be careful – years of loyalty mean nothing here. I had an extremely disappointing experience after being a loyal client of Dr. Jassar for many years. It started with a receptionist who was incredibly rude for no apparent reason. When I calmly asked if she was having a bad day – hoping to reset the conversation – she refused to help me entirely. My fur babies have been long time patients of this establishment and I am shocked and horrified at what happened today. I have a 7 year old lab mix that is not doing well. He has knee issues and for the last week he’s been struggling. I called for an appointment and gave them my dog’s symptoms. Heavy breathing, lethargy, and pale gums.
