This is a wonderful Memory Care Facility for my grandma to be in. Everyone that works here is so kind. Nicole is absolutely the best! I also love their posts on social media, it keeps me feeling involved with my loved one. My grandma is very happy at this facility. I can't recommend them enough!!
Everybody has been amazing in taking good care of their residents. The facility staff has been very hands on in providing the best care for the residents and the communication has been very good and timely as well. I highly recommend this facility to everyone looking for a place for their loved ones.
The executive staff at Vaca Valley was extreamly helpful with the resistration process and helping with every step along the way in transitioning out father from independent living to Vaca Valley Memory Care. Once placed, the staff has been patient and kind as we have observed first hand visiting our Dad. His health has improved dramatically after settling in for the past few months. Many thanks!
