Horrible management!!! Read before wasting your time for a call even.. The company I work for in the Carolina's purchased a very expensive piece of vacuum equipment from VAC-U-MAX. Our salesman was very knowledgeable, and designed a great system for our specific application. We signed the approvals to build our equipment, made the absurd down payment then the best part was to Wait over 8 weeks past original 16 week lead time due date to receive a piece of equipment that was nothing like the approved unit?? 24 weeks for somet... read more
