Phenomenal customer service!
Definitely don't know what customer service is. Called on Friday said would call back and didn't hear from them until I called back next Friday. Now I sit waiting for phone call I may never get again. Maybe start by having somebody answer the phone that can answer product questions?

Purchased cables and brushes, we have been using them for air duct cleaning for our larger jobs. This company sells great quality products they have a very knowledgeable and experienced staff. They could answer every question I asked about their products. Shipping is pretty fast and overall pricing is pretty reasonable. Great company to work with.
