I needed new filters for my vacuum cleaner. I had tried stores and they did not stock them. I ordered twice online and got the wrong thing, twice. The first place Bob tried, they ended up being on back order with no availability date. The second place, they could get them but it would take two weeks. I'm happy he tried multiple locations. He's definitely my go-to-guy.
Unprofessional, inefficient. Dropped off shampooer with prommise from I wner to call with an estimate within 48 hrs. Given invoice sheet without name of store or phone number for future contact. Week past, I called to see why I had no estimate. This time, told I'd have one within 24 hrs., 5 days later, I still had heard nothing. Decided to just pick up machine and take it elsewhere. This is a wonderful local business, who is very good at repairing the vacuums, I have used him several times when my vacuum(Dyson) got plugged, he knows them inside out and repairs them well! Don’t be scared if the shop looks closed or dirty, it’s just him cleaning the vacuums!! Not fancy, but gets the job done!
Always have tge part i need. If not he orders it and here within a week.
I called for bags and belts for my Kirby Avalir 2. He had just what I needed. 10/10
