I had my serger repaired at vac and sew Express in Prescott Valley Arizona and they were phenomenal! Excellent customer service very fast and high-quality repair, if you need any vacuum or machine repair, they are fantastic! And importantly, they have the part I needed in stock, which made it all just as fast as my particular sewing emergency required.

Older gentleman looked quickly at my vacuum and said it would cost $170 to repair- we decided to bring it home and try a new $5 belt- vacuum working great - saved $165 not leaving with vac and sew express.

Based on customer claims of vacuum smoking/sparks we quoted the cost of a new motor for the machine. Glad you were able to get it going with just a belt. We don't "doctor" or do partial repairs here that will only result in failure.
