Exceptional customer service. Shane identified an issue for us and then went out of his way to resolve it. We had a long trip to Arnhem land, via the Oodnadatta Track planned, we were booked in for a "simple" wheel alignment on our caravan, and he called us to let us know about a suspension issue. He had already explored parts availability and also local repair options. Without his efforts, work place values and integrity we would've been in a world of trouble. Thank you Shane
Shane and Jasmin are the Gold standard for customer service and vehicle service. Our van is now a dream to tow after Dr Shane performed a chassis service and wheel alignment ...
Good mechanical skills. Great people
Been looking for someone to wheel align my camper for a while now and found these guys. Couldn’t be more happy with the job they did for my camper, definitely recommend. Very knowledgeable and just all round great people that are very helpful and friendly. 11/10
These guys are amazing. Not just professional and knowledgeable, but genuine nice people. Had truck problems on our way from Qld to WA and what was meant to be a quick look before they’re first customer turned into a 3hr job and got us running back up to speed. (110) The most important part for me, I wasn’t made to feel like an out of towner. Can’t thank them enough for their time, help and kindness.
