I contacted Slava about a problem with my central vacuum. He called me and was easy to talk with. He helped troubleshoot, and was willing to come quickly for service. It turned out that I didn’t need him to come. I was impressed enough to leave a review, and save his contact info.
Our central (50 years old) vacuum died and within a day Vac Express installed a new unit. All done within a couple hours! Thank you! Highly recommend! Pic of the old can :)
