I don’t understand how you guys are still in business the way that you treat customers so bad…. my husband and I walk in there nobody acknowledges us …..sit there for a half an hour trying to get somebody’s attention. Nobody will talk to us. we watch people come in after us and get their hair done and still nobody speaks to us. I will never come back there. Highly unprofessional. I booked an appointment. For 11 o'clock, and when I arrived I got a text that my appt. Was canceled. When I asked about it, the guy tried calling the person I was scheduled with and he wasnt answering his phone aparently. I asked what should I do, and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know" I waited for an addition 20 minutes after that conversation and still no acknowledgement. Don't waste you're time like I did.
