They blew up somebody’s home in haymarket va and the fire killed their cats and displaced the whole family. Some plumber employed here was fixing a water line and hit the gas line in the process, causing a gas leak. They literally disintegrated the home within an hour and the families living there lost everything they had. Would not recommend hiring this service. They were called Miss Utility; they’ve since changed their name to Virginia 811 or whatever the new name is. So sad to hear this news, hope the company takes respon... read more
The woman I just spoke with was disgustingly rude and started to play victim when I returned her nasty attitude. You're giving the incorrect information, so you get nasty when I correct you? That's sad. Be an adult, and don't be mad at me that you can't properly do your job.
Entered info online, but it failed. Their website needs you to format your phone number. Seriously? In 2023? So, I called. I got a snippy woman who seemed far more interested in being rude than helping me. And after all that did they actually mark the correct utilities? No. So, I called again. But their software sucks so much they can't look up by name, or phone number, or address, no, they claim they ONLY way they can look something up is with the ticket number, which of course is the ONLY piece of information I don't walk ... read more
Very simple and easy, great person that I spoke with and had everything done quickly.
If you have a fence they will drive by; do nothing then give you the message of " Locator could not gain access to property; locator will contact excavator".... While my property has a fence, it has 3 street facing gates, none of them lock, I don't think they ever tried. Lazy people, lazy service. But hey, pay check stays the same right boys.
