Absolutely useless! I wanted my front yard marked. They called me today I was not able to answer. My husband called them back twice with no answer or phone call back. Then I get an email saying they cannot access the site and attached a picture of my fence in the BACKYARD. I DIDNT NEED ANYTHING IN THE BACK YARD MARKED. You came to my house and went in my backyard without knocking. Yeah I called and asked them to come but you knock and make your presences known. I was home all day. Walking in and out my back door. How terrifying it would’ve been for me to stumble upon a random person on my property. Do better!!!
Your driver 254 this morning on colonial on 3/20/25 at 8:30am was driving like a maniac
They blew up somebody’s home in haymarket va and the fire killed their cats and displaced the whole family. Some plumber employed here was fixing a water line and hit the gas line in the process, causing a gas leak. They literally disintegrated the home within an hour and the families living there lost everything they had. Would not recommend hiring this service. They were called Miss Utility; they’ve since changed their name to Virginia 811 or whatever the new name is. So sad to hear this news, hope the company takes respon... read more
The woman I just spoke with was disgustingly rude and started to play victim when I returned her nasty attitude. You're giving the incorrect information, so you get nasty when I correct you? That's sad. Be an adult, and don't be mad at me that you can't properly do your job.
