Dr. Janetzko and staff are amazing. The doctor and staff are very caring and pay attention to detail. This clinic really does a lot with very little. Support our Veterans Administration and the workers that keep it running. Thank you all and god bless.
I called a week ago for an appointment and the nurse calls me. Maybe I'm getting better but maybe not. Going on 3 weeks with a respiratory infection. 2 people I was in contact with it have it and diagnosed with bacteria infection and prescribed antibiotic. So them not getting me in just delayed me being sick for another week!
I have had excellent care at the T or C VA Clinic for the past six years since moving here. Shortly after I moved here, I fell and really hurt my hip and leg. They got me in for an x-ray at 4:50pm on a Friday! They no longer do x-rays onsite but when I tore up my knee a few months ago, they told me how to contact the VA so that they were charged directly for my emergency room visit.
