Negative: any phone communication..text..anything to do with appts..scheduling..rescheduling. I am very concerned with the LACK of answering calls..left hanging with stupid music for 15 minutes..and then told office is closed. I had to cancel my last two appts due to illness through a text message because the system was down. Try to call WITHIN the hours stated on the cards they send to your address..when those hours aren't even correct. VA do better, we don't deserve this!
