My husband has the poorest experiences with one of the nurses at this facility. She is rude, careless and truly must hate her job. Do better for our vets!
Happy with the level of care I received from the St Mary’s VA. Wonderful staff, always an appt available at my convenience.
I normally have a positive experience with this clinic and get all of my issues resolved, if any. My current complaint concerns an appointment I had this morning with my provider, which was made several months ago, and I have repeatedly gotten text message notifications for the past few days. Appointment times changed and canceled by staff with no notification or documentation, i feel like a scam victim tbh.
