I've been receiving care at Seattle VA since 2013 & my experience with the staff, nurses, doctors, pharmacy, records, mental health, Podiatry, eye clinics, physical therapy, dental, imaging, travel, online services and all things related to my Service Connected Disabilities have been received with Stellar support and Attention to detail! RE: VA Eye Care Clinic I recently called the VA Eye Clinic to make an appointment for an eye exam and received a recording stating that I should leave a message and they would get back to me within 72 hours. After 72 hours and no return call I then called them again and left another message. After 12 days I received no call back. I called the VA and filed a complaint with the appropriate personnel and the Eye Clinic finally communicated with me.
