Doctors changed my anxiety medication with lithium, and was sent to the ER for 9 days. The VA refused to admit they changed my medication, but it was confirmed with my medical records from the ROI. These doctors will lie to you about care and treatment. One PTSD doctor wrote down that I told her i went to "Bosnia", even though we didn't talk about trauma yet (I only deployed to Iraq). After that, I've had to revoke VA healthcare for fear they would continue to lie about my medication and treatment.
