Great service for veterans. Physical therapists that care.
Thay rude guy at the front desk shouldn't be helping veterans let alone have access to affect their medical treatment. And calling people man and dude instead of sir and mam!? He was repeatedly asked by an employee to make a video appointment for a date and time, he confirms three times and doesn't offer to print or send the appointment letter. They all keep lying instead of being honest. I probably been in the va healtcare system longer than they have been employed by it... Where are we now? This is still USA and we are VET... read more
