Great staff, friendly, very helpful and overall helping veterans!
It is the VA. Enough said.
Went for the first time today. Was very impressed. Nurse and doctor were great. Caring, thorough, and professional. Wait time was nonexistent. Everyone was terrific.
The staff and doctors (Dr. Tipsword, in my case) took more than the allotted time to get to know me and understand my situation. She then very quickly diagnosed me a condition that was being coincidentally by the correct medication and an incorrect diagnosis from a previous doctor. They got to know how my disability impacts my wife, my parents, the rest of my family, and my entire life.
