This VA is where I go to for primary care. It’s the closest one near my house. I don’t know how the service is at other VA hospitals but this one is mediocre. At times the customer service over the phone go above and beyond but more times it’s very frustrating. I don’t know what’s going on with the scheduling but there are times I’ve showed up at the clinic and they’ve said I canceled my appointment. What?!? That’s not even true.
