Staff here doesn't want to do their job or anything extra. It's like pulling teeth to ask my doctor for regular labs they become argumentative when you ask for things. Denied care and imaging for injuries that were sustained during Search and rescue missions while serving my country. Mental health issues? Psychiatrist will deny you medications that help and prescribe other crap that will give you several side effects. Great VA clinic
I just moved to the area and went to the Ft Smith VA on 9/3/24 because I was having severe knee pain and stability issues with it. I was also struggling to breath because my lungs had fluid in them. I was not examined, did not see a dr, I got an xray but was told that it would take a day or two to be read. No shot for pain, no offer of any DME to help with the stability and was denied a breathing treatment until I see my new PC dr on 9/19/24.
