The one GREAT thing about the Oakwood VA Medical Clinic is the Department of Veterans Services Representative Pablo Cruz. Pablo Cruz is highly professional, really cares about Veterans and is very knowledgeable of how the VA Disability System works. It's wonderful to know there is someone connected to a VA Medical Facility that can be trusted. The Oakwood VA clinic is where I began my journey in addressing my health issues and concerns. The entire team here deserves the highest accolades in the way that they provide the best service. Regardless of the VA facility that I have engaged with, I am constantly thanked for my service in the military; I would like to thank the entire VA for their service as well.
Zero stars. My doctor can't even be bothered to answer an email and the staff is rude. The entire VA unhealthcare system needs to be disbanded. These people are incompetent and don't care about veterans.
04/18/2025 Dr. Karbonell @ staff Best podiatry service in the total VA clinics. Always very professional and veteran oriented. Been going there for more than 5 years. Excellent service.
Great experience, great staff and doctors. Dr. Ernest Coker is my primary, and he is above and beyond. Dr Sonya Medina as well. Took me a long time to get back on track and take care of myself and they have been helping in every possible way. 👍🏻
