Rudest and extremely unhelpful stuff no lack urgency and concern for patients’ needs. It is unacceptable for patients to repeatedly call and not receive an answer or a response to their questions. Patients should not have to chase the office just to receive basic communication regarding their care.
Ok, we all know the issues with the VA. It’s a crapshoot if you’ll get a PCP who actually speaks English or cares. Don’t get me wrong, I have many service-connected injuries and other major illnesses and have found some good caring people occasionally at the VA. But there still are issues. They should start by revamping the phone system. Believe it or not, the other day I was making an appointment for my dog at the local veterinary clinic that uses AI to set appointments.
