I asked for a fill. I was charged $55. for a fill so I asked why? She said because I asked her to make them a BIT shorter. At the time I asked, I was NOT told that would cost extra. Where I normally go that's part of the regular price. Even in 3 other states that I've gone to, it's always been included. That's just bad customer service/disrespectful. AND she was done in 23 minutes. My nails are not as good as I expected from a higher end/priced place. Definitely not going back. She was also very very nosy

I’ve been going to VA Nails for a while now and I’m always happy. They have a great polish selection and offer great services at reasonable prices. Kim and Tina give great pedicures- get the Deluxe, it’s worth the extra $10.

Quoc “Q” at VA Nails is the absolute best. He’s super friendly and professional. His attention to detail is why I have and will continue to come to VA Nails for my manicures and pedicures. The shop is very clean and they take extra measures to ensure you have a great experience. They offer beverages and coffee and clean the stations in between customers. Always a phenomenal experience! Q has been my trusted nail technician for a few years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. He is truly THE BEST. The entire team is wonderful. Superb service and quality, always! Highly recommend!
