Wasn't a horrible experience. However if I wasn't aware of the travel reimbursement I would have left without getting it because no one said anything to me. But overall a friendly experience.
Horrible, disorganized, unsanitary, unprofessional. What a shame this is how we thank and care for our Vetrans.
Use valet parking it's free and easy drive to the rear of the hospital and follow signs to the valet parking at the rear entrance
