Excellent staff helped us visit a friend since not from St. Cloud and directions to hotel.
Veterans deserve protection from this kind of abuse. My experience with Dr. Karen Ashby at the St. Cloud VA has been deeply traumatic, invasive, and harmful — not only to me, but to others around me. I have never received mental health care from the VA and have never consented to it. Despite this, Dr. Ashby accessed my records without my permission or any valid medical reason, and entered false, misleading, and damaging statements into my medical file.
