They should be ashamed at the poor level of care given to our veterans. It's disgusting
Neurology clinic, especially your scheduler Amy, needs to be retrained. Very rude and disrespectful!! Nasty attitude on the phone, and if you are a vet yourself, you should be ashamed. I have had some of the worst experiences with staff at this VA clinic, and also witnessed how some of the staff mistreat some vets poorly here. GET IT TOGETHER!
Records Department is terrible. Constantly having to remind them to do their jobs.
