All the workers in the cafeteria are the worst workers ever seen . I was the only one in line and they just look at you and turn around . Never good service except the one young kid that rings you out. I don’t understand the redhead kid there. He’s rude as hell that other tall kid act like he doesn’t even wanna work there and the old man is always miserable if you don’t like this job why are you there? I would never waste my money here. I feel bad for every veteran that has to deal with these workers there.
This review is for Stephanie. She works in the pharmacy department. I'm writing this review for my father. He is a 91-year-old disabled Korean war air force vet. He had been trying to call his doctors for a couple weeks to renew his medication. 1 for an antibiotic and the other was for his heart. Both are extremely important and dad had no luck getting a hold of either doctor he finally called the pharmacy and spoke with Stephanie. They should be ashamed at the poor level of care given to our veterans. It's disgusting
Neurology clinic, especially your scheduler Amy, needs to be retrained. Very rude and disrespectful!! Nasty attitude on the phone, and if you are a vet yourself, you should be ashamed. I have had some of the worst experiences with staff at this VA clinic, and also witnessed how some of the staff mistreat some vets poorly here. GET IT TOGETHER!
