I trust them for all my medical needs. Everyone is very helpful.
I needed to get refills for a medication, so I stopped by the pharmacy to get it set up. They told me they can't do that and I need to contact my doctor. I manage a pharmacy for work. We contact/send requests to doctors all the time to get refills for medication. So if a retail store can send to doctors all over to get the medicine refilled, why can't the va pharmacy send a message to the doctor who's in the same building? Lazy
Takes 3 to 4 months to get a appointment for a mental health doc. VA do better.
Im going to commit suicide because this place failed.
