This review is for 2 people.First one is bob. Bob is one of the assistants that help veterans get around there. And he's a volunteer, and what a gentleman I couldn't have done it without Em. I just want everybody to know that. And the other one is Sam in firm 1.. Very nice woman seemed to be helpful.I just want everybody to know how much I appreciate them
This review is for Jamie.She works in the appointment department in Firm Two. I have spoken with a lot of people in my time at the Newington and West Haven VA hospitals. Newington V.A Hospital is the very best I've had the pleasure of being associated with. My Doctor, Alpina Rana is the best there is. She's concerned about her patients and stays in touch with them. Makes sure thy are doing what she prescribes.
All the workers in the cafeteria are the worst workers ever seen . I was the only one in line and they just look at you and turn around . Never good service except the one young kid that rings you out. I don’t understand the redhead kid there. He’s rude as hell that other tall kid act like he doesn’t even wanna work there and the old man is always miserable if you don’t like this job why are you there? I would never waste my money here. I feel bad for every veteran that has to deal with these workers there.
This review is for Stephanie. She works in the pharmacy department. I'm writing this review for my father. He is a 91-year-old disabled Korean war air force vet. He had been trying to call his doctors for a couple weeks to renew his medication. 1 for an antibiotic and the other was for his heart. Both are extremely important and dad had no luck getting a hold of either doctor he finally called the pharmacy and spoke with Stephanie. She was absolutely amazing.She took the bull by the horns and got the job done in minutes!!!! ... read more
