New to the Illinois area. Went here to get treatment for my allergies that morphed into bronchitis. Was an extremely wonderful first experience for me. All the folks I encountered were friendly, courteous, and professional--- from the gentleman who handled my "registration", to the gentleman and lady Xray techs, to the lady at the pharmacy window. Big shout out to the ER nurse Midge and John the nurse practitioner who took care of me here. Big thanks!
The best experience ever!! From my interaction with te receptionist, to witnessing the professionalism of the two police officers, then the nurses, Ashley, and then Dr. Milano, everything was perfect. Yes, grounds and buildings have a soothing effect already. Came in with my service dog, fever and cough, and they all fixed me up! Sorry I forgot the 2 male nurses names. God bless all of you.....and thank you for YOUR service!!
