This was a video appointment. I felt like the doctor cared, he called Cleveland Clinic for me and was put on hold. After about 20 minutes the doctor spoke to my Cleveland Clinic doctor, within the hour I was talking to my CCF doctor. There was a plan of action thanks to the VA doctor. That is truly the best medical care I received in a long time.
