Endocrine you suck learn how to pick up freaking phone
Visiting the center is great but I called in at 9:04am to speak to someone for a simple letter for my employer and I was on hold for 1 hour and 42 minutes before I decide to disconnect the call. I have had to call the center for 2 weeks straight and I am not able to get anyone on the phone or a courteous phone call back. I have left messages with the Women Health Center and I still cant get a return call back. This highly unacceptable and I am at a lost for words at this point.
