Constantly changing appointment times, will not respond when asking to get in for an appointment. Horrible bedside manner and even worse quality of care.
The building is dated however, many individual areas, offices, and sections have been updated & modernized. Parking is generally easy, dropping off & pick up area can sometimes get packed. If there is a line, the waiting generally is short (less than 5mins). Generally all staff is friendly, warm, and helpful. The only area that can seem confusing or overwhelming is their unique Pharmacy procedures. It has multiple steps and people to see.
