Very friendly and efficient for a weekend. Was in and out in less than an hour. Exceeded my expectations.
I found this VA to be very helpful, especially while I was attending physical therapy there. The staff was friendly, informative, and genuinely trying to help.
In the last 5 years going to the Fayetteville VA Clinic I have never had a bad experience. Checking in is fast and easy, always polite and usually smiling. The Nurses and Doctors are attentive, very concerned about issues with your health. The Clinic serves a wide spectrum of medical issues from hearing and vision to some surgical procedures. Highly recommend.
There has got to be a way to speak to someone within the pharmacy office within the VA facility?!?! I had a Dr. appointment, and prescriptions were sent. After the appt, I had a question about window pickup up vs mail delivery. Calling the VA # and choosing the “pharmacy” option, got me no where other than a pharmacy representative who could access my file and told me “there is not a direct line to the pharmacy office”.
