There has got to be a way to speak to someone within the pharmacy office within the VA facility?!?! I had a Dr. appointment, and prescriptions were sent. After the appt, I had a question about window pickup up vs mail delivery. Calling the VA # and choosing the “pharmacy” option, got me no where other than a pharmacy representative who could access my file and told me “there is not a direct line to the pharmacy office”. My community care provider assigned by the VA suspects I have a type of lymphoma . Yet this VA has taken it upon themselves to deny my referrals for further testing in hematology , or oncology . And when I went to the ER to have them look at my lymph nodes that she said were swollen , the Doctor said I looked fine rolled his eyes and huffed when I asked him to at least examine the lymph nodes . In my chest neck and stomach that are swelling and hard as stones . He told me there is no such thing as lymph nodes in your stomach... read more
