Dr Augustin is the most caring and professional Doctor that I have encountered. With each visit I’ve always felt attended to. It’s been tough for me during this whole Covid ordeal but he has made things work by offering Skype and Zoom appointments.
This hospital should be a shamed. It's unbelievable how vets are treated by these people and specifically by Dr. Dawood. My parents have left several messages for this Dr. to renew my fathers medication that he can't live without. He needs it by Saturday and they have been calling for 2 week. I just tried to call to customer service and she sent me somewhere else and no one answered an answering service answered and said they would get a hold of me within in 2 business days.
