I have an amazing doctor, Dr. Morgan. My other specialists are wonderful, too. No one has been disrespectful or nasty to me, unlike hospitals in Decatur, Il, where I was treated like crap and nearly died due to incompetence there. I worried about getting VA care again, but I feel really great about the Fayetteville VA.

Thank you to the VA in Fayetteville. The doctors, nurses and pharmacists are so wonderful every time. I have meant to post a review for a while, but you are the best VA facility I have been seen at. This is partly why I moved back to NWA. I appreciate all that you do.

The VA canteen has went from.crap to total sewage recycling! No cheeseburgers. The sandwiches that had are refrigerated and there isn't any way to heat them. I don't care how cheap their items.are, I will not be using their canteen services in the future.
