I was seen in the emergency room by Dr.Estrada Guillermo on May 2 2016. I had severe shaking. I was told to take Clonazepam (a schedule 4 drug) not by Dr. Estrada but by the attending emergency room D.O. Bryant R. Beehler. I couldn't find that D.O. Beehler had a license to practice in ND. Come to find out, I had symptoms of hypomagnesemia but was not treated for it. Since I was only taking one drug, Furosemide, it should have been checked as a possible drug that created my symptoms.
