Never been turned away by a va because I wasn't enrolled in a particular facility, until this one and I have traveled to quite a few states. I have an insane tooth ache and am in a lot of pain "Sorry sir, can't help you because you aren't enrolled with us." I wonder if Georgia's va centers are like this one. I am not enrolled in Chattanooga and they had no issue taking a look at my tooth and getting me a prescription for penicillin.
Lisa Durham in mental health department has been a great help from the time we walk in and left she has serve my husband and I with courtesy and has kept a smile on our faces. Thank you for employing a great service worker.
