I had a filling fall out over the weekend, and tried getting in contact with someone on monday to schedule an appointment as I was entitled to set up an appointment within 180 days of separation. I not only couldn't reach anyone to set up an appointment, they took 2 days to call me back at which point I'm outside the 180 day window to schedule an appointment and can't be seen by them now anyways. They do great dental work here. I've had multiple cleanings, a filling, and a cap on a molar, all by friendly staff. Though occasionally a bit behind, it's understandable considering the effort they put in.
