Takes very good care. Friendly staff and volunteers
I had am MRI there Apr 1, the ladies were amazing. Professional and friendly. They have a TV screen you watch with a mirror so people like me who hate tight spaces feel at ease.
Altoona VA is the best by far of the 5 VA Centers I have used. I can’t say enough how great every doctor, nurse and worker have been. They go out of their way to remind you what is available to make your care better. They are always very quick to respond to requests and set appointments and special tests. I’m very thankful to have access to the Altoona VA.
They seem to go out of their way to provide peace of mind and help!
