This place warrants a letter to my congressmen and senators. For years I dreaded to come down here for any reason. The treatment you get from all personnel to include security, the check in staff, nursing, and physicians is pathetic, even the coffee barista at the wanna be Starbucks is toxic. The current Presidential Administration needs to to do an audit for certifying qualificationsand nepotism. It’s a culture of antiveteran that you don’t feel at the outpatient clinics .please make the drive if you can vets.
Very professional
I had my appointment for 11:30am with doctor Love, it was 2:30pm and still not been seen. Maybe he needs help. Or maybe the appointment service is really bad because the doctor is good. I still don’t know when I am going to be seen. I have had walk out twice because of the same problem
